Sajjangarh Wildlife Sanctuary has been attracting wildlife enthusiasts from far and wide. The Sanctuary boasts a varied variety of flora and fauna. It encompasses the famous Sajjangarh Palace. The architectural wonder offers the spectacular views of Udaipur city, Lakes of Udaipur and Aravalli hill ranges.

The famous biodiversity in the safari park of the sanctuary includes Chital, Sambar, Blue Bull, Wild Boar, Hare, Jackal, Panther, Heyna and much more. The visitors would certainly feel thrilled while watching the wildlife from a close proximity.

Apart from the sighting of wildlife, the visitors delight the Jhar Water Hole, Mahua Grove, and Maharana Pratap Nature Trail. Coming to the Jhar Water Hole, it boasts the Mahua Trees around it. The nature lovers enchant it very well. Also, the tourists can have a glimpse of the prominent Lord Shiva Temple, located very near to the Mahua Grove. The best time to explore the unparalleled beauty of the place is during the rainy season.

While the Maharana Pratap Nature Trail assist the tourists to access Gorilla viewpoint and witness the picturesque Bari Lake. The lake is famously called as Tiger Lake. The former ruler of Mewar Maharana Raj Singhji constructed the Tiger Lake, in memory of his mother, Jana Devi. The sanctuary is a habitat for numerous birds and reptiles. So Sajjangarh Wildlife Sanctuary is a paradise for bird watchers and shutterbugs.
